Dr. Anitha R is a highly experienced Obstetrician and Gynaecologist with over 25 years of expertise. She completed her medical training at JIPMER, Pondicherry, one of India’s premier institutes, in 2000. Further advancing her knowledge, she earned her MRCOG (London) in 2019 and is a skilled laparoscopic surgeon.

With a strong foundation in high-risk pregnancies, Dr. Anitha R has a special interest in diabetes during pregnancy. While proficient in instrumental and complex vaginal deliveries, she is a strong advocate for natural birth. She is also an expert in vaginal surgeries, particularly non-descent vaginal hysterectomy (NDVH).

Having worked in leading teaching hospitals and corporate healthcare institutions, she blends extensive medical knowledge with surgical precision and a passion for teaching.

Dr. Anitha R is also trained in Cosmetic Gynaecology at both national and international levels. She completed a Fellowship in Cosmetic Gynaecology from the International Society of Aesthetic Genital Surgery and Sexology and the American Society of Cosmetic Physicians in Dubai, UAE, in 2022. Additionally, she holds a Diploma in Cosmetic Gynaecology from the Indian Institute of Cosmetic Gynaecology, India.
